Gates open on Friday at 2pm – 9pm
Once on site you can come and go but please avoid moving around on site once it's dark.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Vans In The Valley is the ultimate chilled-out weekend for camping and van lifeers. Live acoustic music in the evenings, bar serving local beers and ales, on-site caterer and a handful of festival and craft traders. All set in a stunning location surrounded by the Yorkshire Dales.
e-tickets queries?
Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. Tickets usually appear within 10 minutes. If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please head over to our contact page. We can always sort you out on the gate as well with ticket issues.
Where is the event?
Reeth, Fremington and Healaugh, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 6AW
It's roughly 14 miles off from the A1. Make sure to come off at Catterick and not the A66.
What food will there be?
We’ll have one caterer onsite serving delicious meals! Stay tuned for more info. There is also a lovely little cafe just a couple-minute walk from the venue. We'll be getting a coffee trader too.
What's on?
Acoustic music Friday and Saturday night. An on-site caterer and an on-site bar serving local beer and ales. The local area is stunning and worth exploring. We'll also do a circus workshop on the Saturday and a quiz too. There will also be a small number of independent/craft traders.
Interested in biking? Head to the Yorkshire bike centre where they have bike route options and bike rental available.
What are the facilities like?
Drinking water on site, a skip for your rubbish, hot showers and waste facilities. Portable toilets will also be on site.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, it's the perfect location for your furry friends!
Arrival times
Camping access *
Friday Access: 2pm (Arrival before 9pm at night)
Saturday access: 9am (Arrival before 9pm)
* If you cannot access between these times please drop us an email and we will make special arrangements for you.
Once on-site you can come and go as you please. Please keep movement once dark to a minimum.
Can you have fires and BBQ?
No open fires, fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass.
What is your refund policy?
No refund policy on all ticket types, in the event that we need to cancel all tickets will be transferred to a new date.
Can I play music?
Please be respectful of other campers, no noise after 12pm at your campsite.
What can I camp in?
Everyone is welcome, including vans, caravans, tents and motor homes.
Can I bring a generator?
Sorry, no! No exceptions.
